Fund Raising Event

Come out and support Dennis Police Officer Christine Hornby in her challenge to run 26.2 miles at the Boston Marathon on April 16, 2012. Christine is running with the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team and she is running in memory of Turlough Meehan, who lost the challenge against Infant Leukemia at the age of six months.

Tickets are $20 in advance or at the door. There will be food, entertainment, and silent auction items. 100% of the proceeds will go to Dana Farber. Christine's goal is to raise $10,000.

Here's an update on the fundraiser:

Terry Brennan will be playing from 12-2 pm and Mark Hennessy will be playing from 2-4 pm.

East Dennis Oyster Farm will be there with a cash raw bar.
